What happens if I run into an error?

We are new and are working on bugs as quickly as possible. If you experience a bug or an error that prevents you from listing your trip, please open a support case by emailing [email protected] or by filling out the form below.

Can I save my progress and finish later?

We are developing this feature now

It will not let me click the Create A Trip button.

Only customers that have been pre-approved by Listo Travel to run a trip (as part of our launch), or have attended a Listo Travel trip can launch a trip.
Are you using the same email address to create the trip as you provided Listo Travel in the application?
Open a support ticket below if you are still having problems.

How do I edit/delete my trip?

Click on your profile image in the top right corner and choose My Bio.
Then select Created Trips.
Beside each trip there are 3 vertical dots. Click on that to delete or edit your trip.
