FAQ 👇

What makes Listo.Travel different from traditional travel platforms?

Unlike traditional platforms, Listo.Travel allows Trip Organizers to earn money by designing customized adventures meant to attract like-minded individuals and offers Trip Guests the chance to save money by joining group trips. Our focus on cost, community, shared experiences and safety sets us apart.

Who can organize or join trips?

Anyone with a passion for travel and a knack for planning can become a Trip Organizer. You just need to attend a trip to get in-person-training on how to become the best Trip Organizer you can. For a limited time during launch, we are recruiting Founding Trip Organizers: Apply Here

Is it expensive?

Every trip is unique, offering options to suit any budget. Whether you’re mingling with the elite, embarking on an exhilarating adventure, or enjoying a relaxed exploration of a new city, there’s a perfect trip waiting for you.

Do I have to share a room/house/apartment?

Each trip is distinct, shaped by the preferences of its organizer. Some trips may involve entirely separate accommodations, while others might use shared housing to keep costs down for everyone

Is my money safe?

When you make a payment for a trip, Listo Travel will securely hold the payment for both parties. As long as no problems are reported in the first 48hrs of the trip, 30% is sent to the Trip Organizer. At the end of the trip, all participants will be asked to complete a survey. Provided that all promised services were delivered, the remaining funds will then be released to the trip organizer.

What if my trip organizer was bad?

Building a strong and safe community is one of our top priorities, which is why post-trip feedback forms are essential for ensuring accountability. Just as you wouldn’t choose an Uber driver with a one-star rating, we aim to ensure that every Listo.Travel trip organizer is held to high standards. If things go bad, smart Trip Organizers might refund Organizer fees to save their star rating.

What if there is a problem with the lodging

All lodging-related issues are the responsibility of the trip organizer. Please direct any questions or concerns about accommodations to the trip organizer. It is their responsibility to address and resolve any problems with the property owner or management, including handling requests for discounts or refunds due to discrepancies in the property listing or condition.

What's included in organizer responsibilities?

Organizers are responsible for planning (and maintaining) the trip itinerary, arranging accommodations, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. Clear communication and support throughout the trip are also key. Organizers ensure everyone is having a good time.Trip Organizers are NOT tour guides (unless specifically licensed).

What happens if things don’t go as planned?

We at Listo.Travel can guarantee things will NOT go as planned!!! That’s just how life works in general. Each of our trips are uniquely created by individuals like yourself, and there are so many unforeseen things that can occur on a trip that are out of anyone’s control. That’s just part of the adventure and sometimes we have to accept it. When you rate your trip organizer, we ask that you take into account how they navigated adversity when plans had to change. These are the qualities we look for in our trip organizers.

What safety measures are in place?

We prioritize safety by verifying user identities (coming soon), providing secure payment options, and offering 24/7 customer support. Trips, guest and organizers are all rated by each other post-trip affecting their overall platform rating. If ratings drop too low, organizing privileges could be restricted or removed entirely.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information. We do not collect or store your credit card or banking information. Our privacy policy outlines how we handle and protect your data.

What insurance coverage is provided?

We recommend that both organizers and guests have travel insurance. Some organizers may offer additional coverage, which will be detailed in the trip information.
